Extended holiday return & exchange periods

Customers can shop with peace of mind with easy returns. Purchases made Oct. 27 through Dec. 30 have an extended return period through Jan. 13, excluding items purchased with a third-party contract, [e.g., activatable devices (cell phones, cellular tablets, mobile hotspots, cellular wearables). Other exclusions, including restocking fees, non-returnable products, and all other terms and conditions of the LCB Solutions Return & Exchange Promise apply.

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished, and pre-owned products. This policy applies to purchases from LCB Solutions.

International Customers

All international purchases, regardless of the product or its condition, are non-refundable. This means that once you have made a purchase and it has been delivered to the specified international destination, no returns or refunds will be accepted, we request customers to test all products before shipped.

For all international purchases, Customers are required to manage the shipping and insurance arrangements from the USA to their chosen destination. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect and check for defects, count the items, and ensure the carton or packaging is in good condition.

Some items we sell (see below for the detailed list) have a restocking fee if returned by a customer, apply only for dometic customer. (USA only)

Gather the purchases you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging.

Refund method and timing

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.

For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

If you paid more than $800 in cash or more than $250 by check or by a debit card without a major credit card logo, we will refund you by check within 10 business days.
